Jim was born and raised near the beach in Southern California. Though he loved the beach life and never thought he'd leave, he discovered the unparalleled lifestyle in La Quinta. Jim moved to PGA West four years ago and has wholeheartedly embraced the desert living. He is enthusiastic about sharing all that the valley has to offer with anyone considering relocating.

Jim spent many years in sales, including several years involved in the mortgage industry. This knowledge of the mortgage process is invaluable when working with buyers. Jim and his wife Cindy also owned A Loving Alternative Adoptions, an adoption service. Jim's role was to guide families through the deeply emotional adoption process.
